What do your ID cards look like?

Each id has been expertly designed by us. You can email us asking the details of each individual template, we will answer all emails.

How long do you keep my info and photo on file?

Your order form is destroyed one month after we ship your order. The photo is destroyed after we scan it. The only item we keep on file is the signed disclaimer. The disclaimers do not have your address on them and they are stored at a secure location away from our offices and our ID production facility.

How do I pay for my novelty ID card?

We accept cash, cheques or postal orders Payable To: P. RUSSELL. For your protection we suggest you send cash by recorded delivery, this gives you a record of your payment to us. We can not be held responsible for cash orders that are lost in the mail.

How will I know my order made it to you?

If you are worried about your order getting lost in the mail, we suggest sending your order using a method which provides you with a tracking number. We receive very few reports of orders actually becoming lost, although we do get some orders which take an unusually long time to arrive. If you send using a method which gives you a tracking number, such as Royal Mail Special Delivery, you can track your package online. We do not really have a problem with receiving our mail, but some customers like the peace of mind in knowing exactly when their order arrives.

What type of picture should I send in?

The head of the picture should be at least 1" x 1". We have found that most people send in passport photos. Do not worry about the size but the background colour of the photo is best kept plain.

How is my order shipped?

All items are shipped by you sending a stamped addressed envelope (S.A.E). We mail all cash orders the same day the package arrive, the orders are re-mailed via your S.A.E.

Have you shipped my order yet?

If at any time you are worried about the amount of time it as taken us to complete your order, please email us. Don't forget to quote your Order Reference Number to help us track your order more efficiently.

Are you affiliated with any official age card agencies?

No, we are a small group of graphic design specialists who take great pride in creating the best available novelty cards.

Do your ID's say "Novelty ID" on them?

No, they do not.

Do you magnetically encode your ID cards?

The encoded magnetic strips are coded. There is no extra charge for this service and you do not have to request it on the order form.

Is this legal?

Yes, doing what we do is legal. What YOU do with your purchase defines legality. We don't advise any actions with these ID cards. They are conversational toys to be enjoyed for entertainment purposes! You are legally allowed to own a novelty id.

What countries do you ship to?

Europe only.

What sort of guarantee do I get with the id?

If you find that we have made a mistake with your order, you have 5 days from receipt of payment to exchange it for a new one. Due to the personalization of our product and the production costs and time involved, we offer no refunds at ID Masters discretion. If we genuinely mess up your order we will redo your order free of charge. This is only done after we have checked our records to insure it was our fault/error. (e.g. we misspelled something) If after checking our records we conclude that we could not read the information due to bad handwriting we will NOT redo the order. This is our policy and we stand firmly behind it. This is why we stress, you MUST write legibly.

How do I order?

Select your card from our extensive catalog fill in your details online and send your payment along with a signature specimen where applicable, a passport sized photograph and and stamped address envelope

What if I want 2 ID's?

One order form per id card, if two cards are required use another order form. For best results send 2 different photos.
